Kurakkan Prawn Noodles Recipe




♡ Ingredients:
    • A packet of Kurakkan noodles
    • 1 carrot cut into sticks (1 cup)
    • 1 big onion sliced (1 cup)
    • 1/2 of big red bell pepper (1/2 cup)
    • 6 green beans cut into rings
    • 1 1/2 cups of big prawns
    • 4 green chilies chopped
    • Soy sauce 
    • Narang / lime/ lemon
    • 1 teaspoon of salt (marinate)
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt (to cook)
    • 2 teaspoons of black pepper
    • 2 teaspoons of chili powder
    • 4 cloves of garlic chopped
    • 3 cloves
    • 1 bay leaf (optional)
    • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger chopped/crushed
    • 2 tablespoons of chili powder
♡ How To
    • Heat a pot of water to boil the noodles
    • When it starts boiling add in the noodles
    • After 10-15 minutes drain the noodles
    • Heat up some oil in a pan
    • Fry the prawns in medium high heat until fully cooked
    • Remove the prawns and leave behind a bit of gravy
    • Add in the garlic, ginger, green chilies, cloves and the bay leaf to the pan
    • Add the onions and stir in until golden 
    • Add the bell peppers, carrots and beans
    • Once you think the vegetables are tender enough, add the fried prawns
    • After a minute add the boiled noodles
    • Serve the dish while hot and enjoy your healthy meal
