♡ Ingredients:
- A packet of Kurakkan noodles
- 1 carrot cut into sticks (1 cup)
- 6 green beans cut into rings
- 1 1/2 cups of big prawns
- 4 green chilies chopped
- Soy sauce
- Narang / lime/ lemon
- 1 teaspoon of salt (marinate)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt (to cook)
- 2 teaspoons of black pepper
- 2 teaspoons of chili powder
- 4 cloves of garlic chopped
- 3 cloves
- 1 bay leaf (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger chopped/crushed
- 2 tablespoons of chili powder
- Heat a pot of water to boil the noodles
- When it starts boiling add in the noodles
- After 10-15 minutes drain the noodles
- Heat up some oil in a pan
- Fry the prawns in medium high heat until fully cooked
- Remove the prawns and leave behind a bit of gravy
- Add in the garlic, ginger, green chilies, cloves and the bay leaf to the pan
- Add the onions and stir in until golden
- Add the bell peppers, carrots and beans
- Once you think the vegetables are tender enough, add the fried prawns
- After a minute add the boiled noodles
- Serve the dish while hot and enjoy your healthy meal
