Bread Omelette Recipe


Ingredients:
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 slices of bread
    • 2 diced up onions 
    • 2 chopped green chilies 
    • 2 tablespoons of chopped curry leaves
    • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper 
    • 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes (optional)
    • 1 tablespoon of milk (optional) 
How To
    • Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat until the yolks break. 
    • Add the onions, chilies, red chili flakes, curry leaves, salt, pepper and the milk to the egg mixture and beat them all together.  
    • Heat up a well greased nonstick pan in high heat 
    • Add the mixture and swirl it around until the omelette size is big enough. 
    • Take the slices of bread and dip in the raw egg mixture.
    • Align both slices dry side facing down on the omelette. 
    • Slide a spatula under the omelette and flip so the slices are facing directly on the bottom of the pan. 
    • After a minute flip one slice up so it sits on top of the other slice. 
    • Take out to a plate and cut diagonally. 
    • Present with hot sauce if needed and enjoy.
